Doesn't work anymore as only allows for cash payment which is not valid apparently?
Was a brilliant app, but with the new update it doesn't seem to let you book in advance, there is no option available to let you book a time
Booked a return taxi from my nephews wedding reception to pick up me, my disabled partner and my two elderly parents, it didn't arrive at the booked time, I called them, they said they would send it, I received the notification to say it had arrived, when we got outside there was no car, and the app said it was cancelled, when I called the office they said it was because they waited longer than 5 minutes, this is incorrect as I checked the timing from the notification to me calling them, so bad!
A bad taxi company that doesn't honor the servises promised!
absolutely abysmal. don't use. drive so dangerously, red lights ignored constantly. went behind me as I was reversing into my drive, mounted a kerb when a child was a metre away rather than wait. a shameful addition to the taxi business. approached boss on several occasions and sworn at and laughed at by " staff" a disgusting shambles of a local company that drive dangerously, ignore customers, often don't turn up and when asked to slow down stick fingers up and say they're "tactically trained"
Unreliable cab service!
Taxi service is decent, but the updated app is difficult to use compared to the previous version. Not intuitive and too many steps to do something simple like set a pickup point you're not standing at currently.
