"Booked a return taxi from my nephews wedding reception to pick up me, my disabled partner and my two elderly parents, it didn't arrive at the booked time, I called them, they said they would send it, I received the notification to say it had arrived, when we got outside there was no car, and the app said it was cancelled, when I called the office they said it was because they waited longer than 5 minutes, this is incorrect as I checked the timing from the notification to me calling them, so bad!"
